Terms and Conditions
For relaxation purposes I require all mobile phones to be turned off during treatments.
Late arrivals will unfortunately result in treatment times being reduced.
All treatment times include time for preperation and consultation.
Cancelation Policy
I would appreciate all clients allowing 24 hours notice tocancel the treatment time.
Late cancelations will result in a 50% charge of the cost of the treatment.
If you fail to notify me of any cancelation there will be a full charge for the booking.

A Typical Treatment
Treatments can take place in my dedicated treatment room on the specially designed and very comfortable relaxator chair. Or in the comfort of your own home using the just as comfortable port-a-ped. (See pictures below).
The first visit to a reflexologist will generally take about 15 minutes longer than subsequent treatment. A normal session will usually last for about an hour, although for children and the very elderly, as well as some medical conditions, treatment times may be reduces. Before the first treatment a full consultation and medical history will be taken, to determine your present and past health and lifestyle.
The first part of a session involves a relaxing foot massage to prepare the feet and yourself for the reflexology treatment. The reflexologist will then use their hands to apply a gentle pressure to the various reflex points on the feet. For each client the application and effect of the therapy is unique. A professionally trained therapist can detect subtle changes to specific points on the feet which can indicate an imbalance, and by working these points the corresponding organ or system of the body may be affected.
The 'Linking' proceedure will also be used during the session on any points that the reflexologist feels needs a little extra help. Linking, links two or sometimes three points on the feet and up to four or five different links may be used in a reflexology session.
The last part of the session concludes with a further foot massage, the lymph drainage technique or possibly both depending on the reason for the visit. I leave a reasonable amount of time between each appointment, therefore if a client needs a little extra time at any particular session, I am able to give that.
A course of treatments may be recommended depending on a client's particular needs.
Cost
The cost of a session at my treatment room is £22.00 (£25.00 for the first treatment).
All moblie visits are £25.00 (£28.00 for the first treatment) .
